Rome

Walking the streets of Rome will bring many sights, even without a plan.   Enjoy the architecture, piazzas, fountains, restaurants and cafes.  

Papa Ranni’s home town is Tufillo.   Just 15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea.   We will see his house and where he played as a child  ❤️. 

Tour the beautiful countryside in Tuscany.  Visit the beautiful hill towns and wineries along the way.
Vinyards and Olive trees are abundant   🍷  🫒 

There is a bike rental 10 minutes from our hotel on the Trabocci coast.   There is a bike path along the coast too.

Hot springs and thermal baths in Tuscany.

The Saturnia Hot Springs pictured here are open 24 hours a day and free to visit.  The water is about 37.5C.  This location is a 2 hour drive but would make a great day trip.   A closer spring is located in Bagni San Filippo.  It’s 1.5 hours and  takes you by Montepulciano which is a stop I highly recommend.  Be sure to take your bathing suit, shoes that can get wet and a towel.
